Arrival Time

To maximise your Highlands Laser & Beauty experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost, or running late, please phone us on 02 4872 1103 . Arriving late might mean your treatment is reduced, or that we can not honour your appointment in the time left. Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next guests, and full fees apply to shortened treatments.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Any changes or cancellations to the appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your reservation on 02 4872 1103 or email info@highlandslaserandbeauty.com.au. Please note that the full appointment fee may apply if you change, reschedule or cancellation your booking with less than 24 hours notice.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We are not able to give refunds if a client simply changes their mind about a product or service they have purchased. We will happily exchange a product or service for an alternative of the same dollar value.

Wedding makeup packages require a 50% upfront deposit at time of booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid on the day. Cancellations to a booking must be made at least 60 days prior to the event to be eligible for to a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made with less than 60 days notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Medical Issues

Please advise us if you suffer any skin conditions, allergies or disabilities at the time of making the appointment, so we can best accommodate your needs and in assist in the appropriate choice of treatment. Whilst all care is taken, Highlands Laser & Beauty can not guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, please inform Highlands Laser & Beauty in advance. Due to the sensitive state your body is in during the first trimester (12 weeks), we are regretfully unable to recommend most spa treatments, and many beauty treatments, during this special time. For those past their first trimester, we have specially designed treatments for expectant women, or for nursing mothers. Please allow us to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated or for the original value of the voucher, which can be applied towards another Highlands Laser & Beauty treatment*. Vouchers must be presented on arrival. Please note that gift vouchers are valid for full priced treatments only. *Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase products or in conjunction with special promotions/discounts.

Complaints and Compliments

We are passionate about achieving the kind of service we like to receive ourselves as customers – that’s why we value your input and feel extremely grateful when you’ve taken the time to share your views. If you have had a great experience let us know and we will pass this onto our staff. If you haven’t had a great experience please let us know too so that we can take steps to resolve things to your satisfaction, and ensure we are improving and continuing to do things better.
